Position Location: In office/factory Costa Mesa, CA

Purchasing: Assist Supply Chain department to create and send Purchase Orders for approved purchases as determined by Supply Chain Manager using SAP system. Communicate with Vendors to confirm ESDs and deliveries of issued Purchase Orders. Work with Supply Chain Manager to identify and confirm price break and Alternate source advantages.

Sourcing: Work with both Supply Chain and Engineering departments to source and purchase new inventory and Engineering based items. Perform new vendor research and compare with alternate sources to ensure quality and stable purchasing relationship.

Facilities: Assist Production department in purchasing of all tools and equipment as needed.

Vendor Account Maintenance: Create, review and maintain vendor accounts data including contacts new addresses and purchasing Terms as required.

Company Materials Sustainability: work with Supply Chain and Engineering departments to research and conform to U.S. Red Free, Green and Sustainability certifications.

Logistics: Track shipments with freight forwarding companies and provide necessary description of goods and documentation for Customs Clearance.

Targetti USA is seeking Regional Sales Managers in multiple territories with the following responsibilities:

  • Managing Regional agent partners.
  • Specification sales calls promoting Targetti and Duralamp brands to the following:
    -Lighting designers
  • Generating profitable sales of Targetti and Duralamp brand products.
  • Providing sales forecast data for annual sales budgeting.
  • Providing market feedback for product development, market positioning, marketing materials.
  • Industry events (trade shows, local chapter DLF, IES, IALD).
  • Weekly sales meeting attendance.
  • Agent project review vs. budget and upcoming pipeline.
  • Weekly reports of activates/projects/clients.

The home office in Costa Mesa,CA and would be the standard work location for candidates living within 50/miles of this location. Remote working would be considered for candidates located in other regions of the USA.

  • 3-5 years industry related experience.
  • 4 year degree.
  • Sales training program.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines.

  • Strong work ethic; extremely detail oriented and efficient.
