Maintaining a conscious approach to product circularity of our Targetti Products will allow us to reduce waste and get the most out of our high quality products.
At Targetti USA, our carbon foot print is minimal as a lighting manufacturer. We aim to increase our use of recycled and recyclable packaging materials. We utilize recycled and reusable components in all of our refurbishment and replacement processes.
We are striving to employ Cradle to Cradle certified components in all our products, allowing us to meet “Red Free List” for Declare certification.

Targetti Sankey Spa is a member of the Ecolight consortium that was set up in 2004 (D.Lgs. 49/2014) to comply with the provisions of the European Directive that was adopted in Italy as the European Directive 2012/19/EU for WEEE on managing, recovering and treating waste electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and accumulators in compliance with all applicable legislation. All fixtures of the Targetti collection have been designed and produced to comply with European Standard EN60598-1 relative to the safety requisite of light fixtures. Duralamp has been working for decades to make their products always more efficient, for real energy savings that can be seen from the very first days of use. Energy saving is a fundamental point, but equally important are optimizations aimed at limiting the consumption of non-renewable raw materials. By acting on wasted materials, Duralamp has chosen to eliminate plastic film and adhesive on packaging, study products that can be reused to reduce consumption of materials, and commit to investing in technology that will benefit the ecosystem. 3F Filippi has been at the forefront of design and production of energy efficient lighting, and for years have been aiming to improve each product to be mindful of our environment. 3F Filippi has decided to followthe UN Agenda Sustainable Development for 2030 and to apply it throughout its supply chain. By applying a corporate philosophy of Environmental and Economic Sustainability, 3F Filippi stands out among other European companies as one of the few to have equipment capable of certifying its products are compliant with the UNI EN 13032, the most advanced in the field of photometric measurements.
3F Filippi has a program for research and optimization of louvres and flow recuperators in order to achieve the maximum efficiency and suitable light distribution for the most widely varying applications.
This commitment has been recognised and certified by CSQ (Italian Company Quality System Certification) even for the whole process of lighting engineering design, thus allowing operation under a Quality System Certification, also covers interior lighting design in accordance with good engineering practice. 3F Filippi has a outlined their philosophies in this document of sustainability.
