CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS

Report to: Supply Chain Manager
Employment Type: Full Time Hourly
Position Location: USA Headquarters – Costa Mesa, CA

Main responsibilities in the position of Inventory Sourcing & Purchasing Associate include but are not limited to:

  • -Purchasing – Assist Supply Chain department to create and send Purchase Orders for approved purchases as determined by Supply Chain Manager using SAP system. Communicate with Vendors to confirm ESDs and deliveries of issued Purchase Orders. Work with Supply Chain Manager to identify and confirm price break and Alternate source advantages.
  • -Sourcing – Work with both Supply Chain and Engineering departments to source and purchase new inventory and Engineering based items. Perform new vendor research and compare with alternate sources to ensure quality and stable purchasing relationship.
  • -Facilities – Assist Production department in purchasing of all tools and equipment as needed.
  • -Vendor Account Maintenance – Create, review and maintain vendor accounts data including contacts new addresses and purchasing Terms as required.
  • -Company Materials Sustainability – work with Supply Chain and Engineering departments to research and conform to U.S. Red Free, Green and Sustainability certifications.
  • -Logistics – Track shipments with freight forwarding companies and provide necessary description of goods and documentation for Customs Clearance
  • -New PN setup – Perform Work Link Scheduling/Record Info/Source List in SAP for new part numbers to allow for MRP processing
  • -Other ad hoc responsibilities as required
  • -$20-$25/hr 36 – 50 hours per week

 

Qualifications:

  • HS education required
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • 1 year working in a Planning position preferred
  • MS Suite knowledge required
  • Professional attitude: self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail orientated and a team player with a keen sense of urgency
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent requests accordingly
  • Excellent Follow-Up skills
  • Fast learner

Report to: Customer Service & Quotations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time Hourly
Position Location: USA Headquarters – Costa Mesa, CA

The Customer Service Representative provides support to customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. This includes order entry, quotations, and communicating with customers to fulfill requests to ensure customer satisfaction. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities:

  • -Create and submit quotations using our CRM system to customers and representatives based on product specifications provided by agents or direct accounts, in 48hrs or less.
  • -Assist customers with pre and post sales / product inquiries.
  • -Prioritize, schedule, and receive all inbound communications/inquiries regarding product related items.
  • -Work in conjunction with other Customer Service team members to ensure successful and timely responses to customer services inquiries that are generated by Sales team with the goal of exceeding expectations whenever possible, with urgency always in mind.
  • -Manage data for all sales reporting using CRM systems.
  • -Able to diagnose challenges and communicate effective responses via phone, email, and/or in-person.

Qualifications:

  • -Associates degree from a vocational college or equivalent work experience.
  • -1-2 year’s work experience within the lighting or related industries in customer service, inside sales, or equivalent.
  • -Professional attitude: self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail orientated and a team player with a keen sense of urgency.
  • -The ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent requests accordingly.
  • -Excellent Follow-Up skills.
  • -Fast learner.
  • -Skills in operating a PC computer-based platform.
  • -Skills in the following software applications: Pivotal | Acrobat | Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

  • -Previous architectural lighting industry or related experience is highly looked upon but not required
  • -Fluent English, Italian is a plus.

Targetti USA is seeking Regional Sales Managers in multiple territories with the following responsibilities:

  • Managing Regional agent partners.
  • Specification sales calls promoting Targetti and Duralamp brands to the following:
    -Lighting designers
    -Architects
    -Engineers
    -Contractors
  • Generating profitable sales of Targetti and Duralamp brand products.
  • Providing sales forecast data for annual sales budgeting.
  • Providing market feedback for product development, market positioning, marketing materials.
  • Industry events (trade shows, local chapter DLF, IES, IALD).
  • Weekly sales meeting attendance.
  • Agent project review vs. budget and upcoming pipeline.
  • Weekly reports of activates/projects/clients.

We are looking for people that are familiar with the lighting industry that want to learn and grow with our company and seek long term opportunities our worldwide group can offer.

The home office in Costa Mesa,CA and would be the standard work location for candidates living within 50/miles of this location. Remote working would be considered for candidates located in other regions of the USA.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years industry related experience.
  • 4 year degree.
