Objectives of this position:
-Identify ways to increase sales, employee retention and customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
-Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the company.
-Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
-Collaborate in the development of financial and budgetary plans to maximize profits.
-Recruit, train, and supervise as well as communicate job expectations and monitor job contributions for the operations manager and the following departments: Planning & Purchasing, Production, Receiving and Shipping.
-Work with necessary departments on all aspects/duties of Sourcing, Purchasing & Planning.
-Sustainability Management including research materials inclusion for all product components, work with departments to research and conform to U.S. Red Free, Green and Sustainability certifications, and create and Submit EPD’s and HPD’s for certification under Declare.
-Arizona factory set- up of facilities, organization, personnel, and inventory management.
-Manage & Identify quality control issues by offering ways to improve and ensure smooth workflows in Manufacturing, Performance, Quality, and Customer Service Standards.
-Oversee Bill of Materials (BOMS) creation and maintenance.
-Oversee inventory and the year-end inventory count.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, management or any related field.
-Minimum of 10 years experience working in an operations role and a minimum of five years in a management or leadership capacity.Previous architectural lighting industry or related experience is highly looked upon but not required.
-Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
-Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines.
-SAP Software Intermediate-Advanced Knowledge.
-Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting.

Responsibilities may include:
-Project take-off drawings – Review Blueprint drawings and mark up for Installation and Production review. Use product Layout and specification information to include power supply feed point information. Creating exploded view drawings from objects.
-Assist in updating and creating spec sheets for marketing.
-Estimations – Calculate quantities of identified products to supply to sales to create quotations. Include required accessories to install the product as specified or understood.
-Create and submit quotations using Pivotal to our customers and representatives based on product specifications provided by agents or direct accounts, target in 24-48 hours or less.
-System Controls – Review and update Targetti USA control systems configurations for Dimming, DMX and Wireless controls systems. Send product/driver configurations to Dimming Manufacturers for compatibility testing and confirmations.
-Order processing – review and process into SAP incoming purchase orders from customers. Verify customer information, part number and specification information accuracy, generate new part request with engineering, provide shipment tracking information.
-RGA Inspection and Processing – Coordinate and Manage Returned products inspections, reports, Customer Service Communications and Rework/Replacement Order processing using SAP.
-Field Service – Job site inspections and Service coordination for U.S. based projects as required. Project analysis and issue resolution to be accomplished by both virtual and physical means as determined with Engineering Team.
-UL Standards reviews – Maintain all UL and ETL Listing report files to confirm constant production adherence in BOM, SOP and practice. Meet with periodic Factory Inspection contacts from both UL and ETL as required.
-Work in conjunction with Inside Sales and Technical/Engineering team members to ensure successful and timely responses to customer services inquiries with the goal of exceeding expectations whenever possible, with urgency always in mind.
Qualifications
-Associates degree from a vocational college or equivalent work experience.
-1-2 year’s work experience within the lighting or related industries in customer service, inside sales, or equivalent.
-Professional attitude: self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail orientated and a team player with a keen sense of urgency.

Targetti USA is seeking Regional Sales Managers – Central US & Canada Territory and Eastern US Territory with the following responsibilities:
Managing Regional agent partners.
-Specification sales calls promoting Targetti and Duralamp brands to the following:
–Lighting designers
–Architects
–Engineers
–Contractors
-Generating profitable sales of Targetti and Duralamp brand products.
-Providing sales forecast data for annual sales budgeting.
-Providing market feedback for product development, market positioning, marketing materials.
-Industry events (trade shows, local chapter DLF, IES, IALD).
-Weekly sales meeting attendance.
-Agent project review vs. budget and upcoming pipeline.
-Weekly reports of activates/projects/clients.

The home office in Costa Mesa,CA and would be the standard work location for candidates living within 50/miles of this location. Remote working would be considered for candidates located in other regions of the USA.
