TARGETTI USA and Enterprise Lighting Sales hosted guests from a number of New York City lighting design firms for a night of pasta making! From raw ingredients we learned how to make our own pasta dough, fillings, and sauce. We learned how to knead, shape, and fold our dough into fettucine and ravioli and got to enjoy our handmade dinner along with glasses of delicious wine.
