Project Description
The Lido House Hotel is a Cape Cod-style boutique hotel steps away from Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach, California. The four story hotel is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection and features 130 rooms and five two-bedroom, two-bathroom three-story cottages. Situated on four acres on the former Newport Beach City Hall site, the new landmark is the only hotel with walking accessibility to the marina, beach and Lido Marina Village. Hotel amenities include a courtyard pool, spa, fitness, banquet facility, rooftop bar and lounge and a specialty restaurant with views of the ocean and marina.

Lido House features Newport Beach’s first rooftop bar, providing guests with views of the picturesque bay and the Pacific Ocean where guests can relax and enjoy sunsets. The dramatic rooftop patio also features the ‘Ultimate Cabana’ located in the circular tower at the corner of the building. The property has a casual beach house vibe and was designed to resemble a local coastal home with such historic roof elements as dormers and copulas. WATG, the hotel architecture firm that designed the property with interiors by design firm, EDG of Novato, California. The Lighting Design was crafted by Newport Beach design firm, First Circle Design, known for their award -winning lighting design in retail and hospitality.
